Lots Of Eyes On Outback Bowl
Northwestern fans are still nursing their wounds from this year's heart-breaking (and thrilling) Outback Bowl where the Wildcats fell to Auburn 38-35 in overtime. And it seems a lot of fans were watching the team. Crain's reports that the game earned the largest Chicago audience ever TV rating for a bowl game on ESPN: "The game did a 7.1 rating locally on ESPN; 1 local ratings point is worth more than 35,000 homes."
