Chicago Native Is "Iron Chef"
Congrats to Chicago native Jose Garces who has been crowned the Food Network's latest "Iron Chef." Garces is more associated with his current city, Philadelphia, but is the executive chef at Mercat a la Planxa, which is located in Chicago's Blackstone Hotel.
